Tento po\u017eadavek pro nov\u00e9 budovy vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 a vlastn\u011bn\u00e9 vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi \u00fa\u0159ady plat\u00ed ji\u017e od roku 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle Konga z\u00e1vis\u00ed energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost budovy na celkov\u00e9 pot\u0159eb\u011b energie, druhu dod\u00e1van\u00e9 energie, v\u00fdrob\u011b energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f na m\u00edst\u011b a na mno\u017estv\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch ztr\u00e1t vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bm. \u201ePro spln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f na budovu s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed je t\u0159eba spole\u010dn\u011b uplatnit r\u016fzn\u00e9 metody a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, od spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed budov a vyu\u017eit\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie a\u017e po promy\u0161len\u00e9 obvodov\u00e9 pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00e9 minimalizuj\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty.
