USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil stains.
Moisten dry surfaces with water mist (only at temperatures above 32 degrees) to ensure a faster curing time and better end results.

Shake the can well before use.
Connect the foam gun to the valve.

Working position – bottom up.
Foam output can be adjusted by gun trigger and adjustment screw.

Cut excess foam after complete curing.

Tips

• Application air temperature: +20°F…+121°F, can temperature: +41°F…+104°F, best result at +68°F.
• Storage +41°F to +86°F.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Working at low temperatures, the foam can must be prewarmed to room temperature (around +68°F).
• Cold foam can has to be warmed with water or air (max. 86°F) before starting work in low temperatures.
• Use Penosil Premium Foam Cleaner 929 to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.

Limitations

• Can should not be exposed to temperature over +122°F, kept near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
• Cured foam needs to be covered with a suitable material to protect against UV rays.
• Not suitable for surfaces in constant contact with water.
• Store upright at +41°F to +86°F.
