USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles, ice and oil stains. Moisten dry surfaces with water mist (only at temperatures above zero) to ensure faster curing time and better end results.

Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the foam can in an upright position with valve up. Hold the foam can adapter in place with your fingers while screwing the gun onto the can. Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam. Foam output can be adjusted with gun trigger and adjustment screw.

Fill the joints up to approx. 65%. In case of larger joints, apply foam in several layers and moisten slightly between each layer. Excess foam can be cut after it has fully cured.

Do not aim the gun at people. Avoid screwing the gun to the can with valve upside down. Do not bend or turn the can during screwing.

TIPS

• Air temperature during use: +41°F to +104°F.
• Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Working at low temperatures, the foam can must be prewarmed to room temperature (around +68°F).
• During curing porcess, if needed add additional protection outside against rain, snow, wind, etc.
• Use Penosil Premium Foam Cleaner 929 to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.

LIMITATIONS

• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
• Do not use at temperatures below +41°F.
• Cured foam needs to be covered with a suitable material to protect against UV rays.
• Do not cover before foam has fully cured.
• Store upright at +41°F to +86°F.
