USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the nozzle and cut an opening.Place the cartridge onto a sealant gun.

Apply the adhesive by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the surface.

Immediately press the surfaces together and apply pressure until product is fully cured.

Tips

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and oil residues. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
• During the curing process, protect the adhesive against moisture and provide support until product is fully cured. Ensure sufficient ventilation at the working area.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Uncured product can be removed with special wipes or solvent. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
• Application temperature between 14°F and 104°F.

Limitations

• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®).
• Not compatible with EPS, XPS.
• Not suitable for underwater use or for surfaces in constant contact with water.
• Elements will have a rigid connection, not suitable for moving connections.
