Finishing works is one of the biggest challenges of modular buildings. Cracks can appear on perfectly finished surfaces during the transportation and assembly of the modules.

In traditional settings, Penosil PlasterSeal 650 can be used without drywall tapes. However, in the case of modular buildings, we still recommend using tape as the deformations can be very significant during transportation and assembly.
Premium PlasterSeal 650 Ready to use light-weight plaster
In modular construction, cracks are prone to appear due to deformations that happen during transportation and assembly on-site. To address this issue, we recommend using sealants with high flexibility and using Penosil’s patented spatula during product application. By strategically applying more sealant in the corners during installation, the joints can better withstand deformations. Despite efforts to minimize cracks, sealing work is often still necessary on-site due to the significant risk of cracks occurring during transportation.
Premium Acrylic Sealant 636 Paintable acrylic sealant
For filling screwheads on plasterboards, we recommend using Penosil’s low-shrinking and fast-drying fillers.
Premium LightFiller 620 Non-shrinking lightweight acrylic filler
