  • to forward direct marketing offers concerning similar products to your e-mail address, if we have obtained your contact details in connection with your earlier purchase from our online shop. In this case, our legitimate interest in the promotion of sales activities forms the legal basis for the forwarding of such offers and your rights are protected by the fact that you can refuse to receive them at any time.

2. Who do we share your data with?

We share your data with third parties only if there is a justified need and legal basis for it.

For example, we use service providers who process personal data for purposes determined by us and in accordance with our instructions. Such processors authorized by us are providers of IT management, logistics and transport services. All processors have provided sufficient guarantees that they will take relevant technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of customers’ personal data. 3. How long do we keep your data?

If you made a purchase in our online shop, we keep the information related to your purchase as follows:

  • We keep the source documents of sales transactions for seven years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
  • In case you have created a user account in our online shop, we keep the general data of your account (name, contact details, user ID, etc.) and the details of transactions carried out are recorded in your account until it is closed.
  • Other information related to the sales transaction (e.g. e-mails sent to confirm the order, payment confirmation, etc.) is kept for three years after the transaction. In the event of a dispute arising from a sales transaction, we keep information related thereto until a compromise has been reached or a court decision has been made, resolving the dispute.
  • If you have given your consent to receiving direct marketing offers, we process your contact details for this purpose until you withdraw such consent.
  • If we have obtained your contact details in connection with an earlier sales transaction, we process them to forward offers related to similar products until you refuse to receive such offers.

4. What are your rights with regard to your data?

With regard to the personal data processed by us, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data (including receiving a copy of your data);
  • request the correction or deletion of data;
  • request restriction of the processing of personal data;
  • request the transfer of your data;
  • withdraw your consent if your data are processed on the basis of it;
  • object to the processing of your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (including prohibiting the use of your electronic contact details for the purposes of sending direct marketing offers concerning similar products when you provide your contact details, every time you receive an offer or at any other time).
