USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil stains.

Moisten dry surfaces with water mist (only at temperatures above zero degrees) to ensure a faster curing time and better end results.

Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the foam can in an upright position with valve up. Screw the can onto the gun.

Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam. Foam output can be adjusted with gun trigger and adjustment screw.

Foam adhesive can be used for building non-load-bearing interior walls. First row of blocks must be well levelled using mortar.

Foam adhesive should be applied to both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Apply a thin layer of foam adhesive and immediately press the surfaces together.

Foam adhesive can only be used when even distribution of load from block to block is ensured.

TIPS

• Air temperature during use: -5°C to +30°C.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Working at low temperatures, the foam can must be prewarmed to room temperature (around +20°C).
• Use Penosil Foam Cleaner 929 to clean tools and surfaces from uncured foam.
• Use Penosil Cleaning Wipes 941 to clean hands and clothes from uncured foam.
• Penosil Foam Remover 995 softens cured foam and helps to remove it easier.

LIMITATIONS

• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
• Do not use at temperatures below -5°C.
• Cured foam needs to be covered with a suitable material to protect against UV rays.
