Usage Instructions

Apply a thin layer of product with a suitable tool (e.g. roller, brush, notch trowel, etc.) to one of the surfaces to be bonded.

In the next 8 minutes press both surfaces together and apply pressure until product is fully cured.

Tips

• Surfaces to be adhered must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and oil stains. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
• During the curing process provide support until product is fully cured. Ensure sufficient ventilation at the working area.
• Uncured product can be removed with PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes 941 or water. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
• Recommended coverage is between 100 and 200g/m².
• Assembly can be manipulated after 2-3hours.
• Depending on the material, extra pressure must be applied 90 min at 20°C, 60 min at 40°C.
• Application temperature between +5°C and +30°C.

Limitations

• Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
• Does not adhere to PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous surfaces.
