USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times.
Hold the foam can in an upright position with the valve up.
Screw the can onto the gun.

Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam.
Foam output can be adjusted with a gun trigger and adjustment screw.

Tips

• Clean the foam gun straight away after finishing. If the foam cures inside the gun, the gun will be ruined. Screw the Penosil Foam Cleaner 929 onto the gun and spray until the liquid comes out clean.
• Cured foam clogs the applicator tip. Clean the applicator tip after every use.
• If you have attached the foam can to the foam spray gun and your work is done before the can is empty, you may use the foam can again within 14 days without having to remove the can from the gun.
• Changes in the foam density may cause the foam to leak from the adjustment screw. When this happens, immediately remove the foam can from the gun and tighten the screw with a spanner.

Limitations

• The foam gun must only be used with the intended polyurethane foams.
• Do not throw, bend or leave the foam gun under heavy objects.
• Do not aim the gun at people. Avoid screwing the can onto the gun with the valve upside down. Do not bend or turn the can during screwing.
