USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut an opening. Place the cartridge onto a sealant gun. Apply the adhesive by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the surfaces.

Wait for the colour to change and press the surfaces together.

When bonding vapour barrier membrane to porous surfaces, the adhesive should be applied to the porous surface. Wait for the colour to change and then press the vapour barrier membrane firmly onto the adhesive.

TIPS

• Surfaces to be adhered must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and oil residues. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
• Uncured product can be removed with PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes 941 or water. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Final curing time 2 hours.
• Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C.

LIMITATIONS

• Not suitable for bonding loaded elements.
• Not suitable in contact with water.
• For interior use only. Not suitable for exterior use.
• Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.
