Usage Instructions

Surfaces must be clean from dust and loose particles.

To avoid under-compressed applications and to ensure a maximum fire resitance, choose the cord size according to the width of the joint. The cord must be approx. 20% larger in diameter than the joint width. 

Install the cord by using a blunt tool or a plain roller.  

Lightly compress the cord into the joint, ensure it forms a tight seal. 

Ensure not to stretch, puncture or tear the cord during installation.

Avoid overlapping the cord edges; press the ends tightly together.

Tips

• Application temperature between: +5°C to +40°C.
• Operating temperature between: -40°C to +710°C.

Limitations

• Protect against excessive humidity.
• Additional protective materials must be used, if product has been applied in areas with extreme chemical exposure or high corrosion.
