USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Apply a generous layer of waterproofing mastic such as PENOSIL AquaBrake Fiber 640.

Then, in the connecting joints, add the joint reinforcement patch on top of a layer of freshly applied mastic.
Make sure the reinforcement patch is pressed tightly to the fresh mastic. 
Make sure there are no air bubbles between the mastic and reinforcement patch.

Apply a second layer of mastic on top of the reinforcement patch.
Make sure the reinforcement patch is well immersed in the mastic.

Tips

• Surfaces to be sealed must be clean and free from any dust, loose particles and oil residues. 
• If two patches are applied side by side, leave 5 to 7 cm overlap. 
• Make sure that the cured mastic layer does not contain any holes. It must be applied in an even layer. Verify the quality of your mastic layer before tiling.
