USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

310 ml cartridge: Cut the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle and cut an opening at a 45° angle which is slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Place the cartridge to a sealant gun. Apply the sealant by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint. Remove the excess sealant and smoothen the surface with a suitable tool.

600 ml foil package: place the package into the foil pack gun. Snip the top off the foil package, just below the metal clip. Screw on the nossle with the cap. Cut an opening to the nossle at a 45° angle which is slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Apply the sealant by keeping even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the joint. Remove the excess sealant and smoothen the surface with a suitable tool.

TIPS

• The quality and durability of the Insulating Glass Units (IGU) depends on: design, suitability and quality of materials, manufacturing and installation.
• Insulating Glass Units intended for residential or commercial glazing should be designed with secondary sealant dimensions, which are in accordance with local regulations and adapted to the required performance.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• The application on a coated glass requires glass manufacturers technical approval. Generally, a good adhesion is obtained on a clear or tinted float glass and on hard pyrolithic coatings.
• Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
