PVC pipe penetration fireproofing using mineral wool and acrylic

For fire-resistant covering of PVC pipe in penetration, mineral wool is probably the easiest material to use.

To ensure fire resistant sealing of pipe penetration before final finishing of the wall, intumescent acrylic must be used.
