PlasterSeal 650: Filling Plasterboard Joints Made Easier

Penosil PlasterSeal 650 is a product designed to make plastering easier. PlasterSeal 650 is a ready-mixed acrylic filler that doesn’t require heavy lifting, mixing, or taping. This product is lightweight, dries fast and is easy to use, making it ideal for professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Lightweight Composition: The glass spheres in the composition make PlasterSeal 650 light, reducing strain during application and ensuring a smooth and effortless application.
  • Easy to use: PlasterSeal 650 is easy to apply because the filler is already mixed. There’s no need for joining tapes. Due to its exceptionally low shrinkage, it only needs to be applied once.
  • High Durability: Despite being lightweight, PlasterSeal 650 is strong and sticks well. It’s ideal for filling plasterboard joints with tapered and half-rounded edges, as well as screw holes. The joint between two plasterboards must be around 2 to 4 mm.
  • Quick Drying Time: Depending on humidity and temperature, the filler can be sanded and painted over within just 4 to 6 hours.

How to Use PlasterSeal 650:

  1. Surface preparation: Ensure surfaces are stable, clean, dry, and free from dust or loose particles.
  2. Application: Open the bucket, soften the product between two jointing knives, and press it firmly into the joint. Remove excess filler with a wider jointing knife in a down-to-up movement. The consumption rate for tapered factory edge and half-rounded tapered factory edge is 0.2 l/m.
  3. Finishing: Once PlasterSeal 650 is dry, sand and paint the surfaces as desired.
