Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707: Combining speed and strength

Every construction and manufacturing professional or DIY enthusiast knows the importance of adhesives. For bonding, sealing, and insulating various surfaces and materials adhesives play a crucial role.

Over the past few years, hybrid adhesives have gained popularity over other types of adhesives. This rise in popularity is primarily due to their unique combination of versatility and durability. Hybrid adhesives combine the attributes of different adhesive technologies, such as silicone, polyurethane, and MS polymers. By blending these technologies, hybrid adhesives’ unique combination of strength, elasticity, and weather resistance makes them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

Penosil’s Adhering category offers a variety of hybrid adhesives. One of our most versatile and popular hybrid adhesives is Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707. This multipurpose high-viscosity hybrid adhesive is an excellent choice for interior and exterior gluing and sealing works where an extra-fast and strong bond is needed. Its special V-shaped nozzle ensures better product distribution and higher initial tack.

Use Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707 for works that require a permanently elastic and durable bond such as fixing insulation and decorative panels, construction boards, plinths, profiles, etc. This product’s unique formula allows it to accommodate movements and expansions without compromising the bond or being affected by extreme weather conditions or UV exposure. Its excellent adhesion with a wide range of materials and great impact-, vibration- and noise-suppressing properties make it an ideal product for construction joints and applications subjected to continuous stress such as applications in automotive manufacturing (gluing panels in caravans, motor homes, commercial vehicles, etc).

Moreover, SpeedFix High Tack 707 is safe to use as it is silicone, isocyanate, and solvent free. The EC1+ certificate on the product label guarantees that this product is safe to use in an indoor environment as it does not emit any harmful substances into the air.

How to use SpeedFix High Tack 707:

  • Make sure the surfaces to be glued are clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and oil residues.
  • Cut the tip of the cartridge.
  • Screw on the nozzle.
  • Place the cartridge onto a sealant gun.
  • Apply the adhesive by keeping an even pressure at the gun trigger and smoothly dragging the nozzle along the surfaces.
  • During the curing process, provide support for at least 2 hours or, in the case of heavier objects, until the product is fully cured (curing rate 2.5 – 3 mm/24h).
  • The recommended working area air temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C.

Whether you are a professional working on a large-scale construction project or a DIY enthusiast tackling a small home improvement project, Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707 is designed to meet your bonding and sealing needs with peerless efficiency and reliability. With its extra-strong and fast bond, Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707 represents the future of adhesive technology.
