Cartridge Cutter CC1

Preparation: Hold the cutter firmly and disengage or press the safety lock button if your model has a sliding blade guard.

Cut the Cartridge Tip (Nipple): Place the sealed threaded top (nipple) of the adhesive or caulk cartridge into the internal hole/bore cutter. Squeeze or press the tool to slice off the sealed tip cleanly without using a separate utility knife. [1, 2]

Trim the Nozzle: Insert the screwed-on plastic nozzle into the side angled slot (often featuring a sliding stainless steel blade) and press down to cut the nozzle at your desired angle for bead width. [1, 2]

Lock and Store: Release the trigger or engage the safety lock so the blade retracts or remains covered by the ABS body housing.
