USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Open the bucket and stir the mixture well with a mixing rod or a spatula.

Apply a thin layer of the product using a spatula or a paintbrush perpendicularly to the crack.

In case of wider cracks and openings, embed a glass fibre fabric into the freshly applied layer.
If needed, apply a second layer of the product after final curing.

Tips

• Surfaces to be sealed must be clean and free from any dust, loose particles and oil residues. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
• Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
• Porous surfaces (e.g., porous concrete) should be primed to improve adhesion.
• Uncured product can be removed with PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes 941 or solvent. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
• Application temperature between -5°C and +30°C.

Limitations

• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®).
• Not recommended for sealing natural stone surfaces, e.g. marble and granite.
• Do not use at temperatures below -5°C.
