USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the glue before use.
Apply a thin layer of product with a suitable tool (e.g. roller, brush, notch trowel, etc.) to one of the surfaces to be bonded.

In the next 10 minutes press both surfaces together and apply pressure until product is fully cured.
In case of hard wood and deciduous wood (oak, birch, etc.) it is highly recommended to apply glue to both details and keep them under pressure for a longer period (up to 50 min).

Tips

• Surfaces to be adhered must be clean, dry and free from any dust, loose particles and oil stains. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, non-fluffy cotton cloth. Excess solvent should be removed with a clean cloth.
• During the curing process provide support until product is fully cured.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation at the working area.
• Uncured product can be removed with PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes 941 or water. Cured product can be removed mechanically.
• Humidity content of the wood to be adhered must be between 8% and 12%.
• Depending on the material, extra pressure must be applied between 20 and 45 min. Pressure 0.1-0.5 N/mm².
• Application temperature between +15°C and +30°C.

Limitations

• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (Teflon®).
• Not suitable for surfaces in constant contact with water.
• Elements will have a rigid connection, not suitable for moving connections.
