Wolf Group presents the latest innovation and groundbreaking news at the BAU trade fair

Wolf Group will exhibit at BAU 2025, the most prestigious trade fair for architecture, materials and systems, to share the latest product innovations with the global construction audience. Wolf Group’s stand 524 is in Hall B6.

Wolf Group is a worldwide expert in polyurethane foams, sealants, adhesives and coatings. At BAU, Wolf Group will present its global brand Penosil, as well as the complete portfolio of formulations, packaging options and accessories for private label customers.

Earlier this year, Wolf Group established a new entity, Wolf Group Deutschland, to strengthen the company’s position in the D-A-CH region. “The very positive feedback we received from professionals at BAU 2023 exceeded all of our expectations,” says CEO of Wolf Group Deutschland, Melanie Beinker-Wahl, adding that the expansion will significantly improve the availability of home-brand products and elevate the company’s service level for D-A-CH customers. We are about to open a Penosil e-shop on penosil.com, so no matter what part of Germany or the D-A-CH region you are based in, the products are just a click away.

A range of more than 80 Penosil products will be on display at the fair, and visitors can see the innovative products and tools and watch product demos. The first presentation of the spray foam B2, as well as low-monomer foam adhesives, will also take place. Low-monomer and no-MDI foams are a focus for Wolf Group, as this year the company opened the first-ever PU foam factory in Spain. It has become the competence centre of low-monomer and no-MDI foam production.

The building sector is adopting a solution-based approach, where Penosil provides a comprehensive portfolio for key tasks, from window installation to sanitary products and decoration jobs for building professionals, home users and industry clients. Last year, Wolf Group’s real-life model with different solutions and application areas was widely welcomed. In 2025, the more advanced model will be on display.

As a new addition, fireproofing solutions will be on display. Usually, different cable or pipe penetrations, in combination with fire-rated foam and fireproofing silicone, hybrid or intumescent acrylic, are inside the wall. In the Penosil model, all solutions are perfectly visible and come complete with technical parameters and fire-resistance figures.
